I've been infected. I must fight it. I've fought the infected before. If only I knew they were still conscious of being Sapien. Perhaps not. Perhaps I am the only one who has held on to his mind after feeling the poison sting of an Infector. I'm among the Khraleans as an ally, but not by choice. I am fighting it, but my limbs move according to the screeching sounds that pulse through my head. Gods, it's madness! I am two beings. The Sapien Marine still lives in this mind, but body belongs to the Khraleans now. The creatures have pushed me forward in one battle already, against a small base of Titans deep in the jungle. It was the first time I had felt fear in combat since my very first engagement. I was only present as an observer, even though the rifle my body held was firing. I saw one of the Underlings overtaken and assimilated in front of me, which I did not know whether was a good or bad thing for me in my state of controlled existence. The Khralean voice inside decided for me, shredding both the Underling and the Titan Assimilator apart with rifle bursts. Fear seeds itself deeper in my mind when I think about the inevitable attack against my Sapien brethren. I must fight it off before then. I must figure out a way to break their control. If that fails, I must give in to them completely and be rid of this awareness. I can't see my own people taken down by my hand, it would be better to lose myself. Until that day, I must fight... the madness.

ROUND-ROBIN SYSTEM:
The participants are organized by group of 4, 3 or 2 players. You play 1 game against each player in your group. In a group of 4, you play 3 games per round. In a group of 3, 2 games per round. In a group of 2, 1 game per round. Based on the number of players at the quarter or semi finals, the tournament switches to single-elimination system. For these last rounds, there are 2 games per round: 1 normal game and 1 mirrored game where races and positions are switched. All games are unrated.

DRAW:
The draw is made at RANDOM. The games are created automatically with RANDOM race. It is forbidden for a player to register with multiple accounts. We automatically cancel the registration of inactive players.

TURN & ROUND DURATION:
All games are created with 12 hours time limit per turn except for the 1st turn which has 2 days time limit. Each round of the tournament has a maximum of 10 days. For unfinished games at the end of a round, we compare the statistics of the same number of turns for each player, the winner is the one who has
1.Captured the highest number of bases
2.The highest total value of killed units
Otherwise, the game is a draw.


ROUND EXTENSION:
Rounds can be automatically prolonged by participants with the chat-command #needtime maximum 3 times for 48 hours each. If additional time is needed, players can contact the tourney manager with a personal message at least 48 hours before the round ends.

POINT SYSTEM:
Each game gives points based on the outcome.
Win= 3 points.
Draw= 1 point.
Loss= 0 point.
The player who has the most points in the group advances to the next round. When 2 or more players have the same number of points at the end of a round, the winner is the one who has
1.The least number of rounds for all the WON games
= rounds for all games.
= rounds for WON games
2.The highest total value of killed units for all games
Otherwise, the winner is randomly chosen but that should never happen unless the participants did not make any move.

PRIZES:
The players reaching the semi finals and final will receive an UniWar T-shirt or beanie or the equivalent cash prize.
